PROJECTS
I work as a freelance technical producer for exhibitions, museums and cultural projects. I connect design, technology and production, helping artists, designers and cultural organisations turn ideas into practical and reliable installations.
From the early stages of a project, I contribute to technical development, materials, construction and production. I coordinate the technical production, exhibition build and installation, working closely with designers, makers and production partners. The aim is simple: to turn a creative concept into an exhibition or cultural project that is not only well designed, but technically sound and built to work in practice.
PROJECTEN
Ik werk als freelance technisch producent voor tentoonstellingen, musea en culturele projecten. Ik verbind ontwerp, techniek en productie en help ideeën van kunstenaars, ontwerpers en culturele instellingen te vertalen naar praktische en betrouwbare oplossingen.
Vanaf de eerste fase van een project denk ik mee over technische haalbaarheid, materiaal, constructie en uitvoering. Ik begeleid de technische productie, tentoonstellingsbouw en installatie en werk daarbij nauw samen met ontwerpers, makers en productiepartners. Zo ontstaat een tentoonstelling of cultureel project dat niet alleen goed ontworpen is, maar ook technisch klopt en in de praktijk werkt.
Pixel Pioneers
For Pixel Pioneers, I was responsible for the design, technical production and complete realisation of the exhibition at Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen. The project explored digital culture, technology and their influence on society through an interactive exhibition.
I translated the exhibition concept into practical technical solutions and coordinated its production and installation. From the development of the exhibition design to the final build, I worked to make sure that the technical, visual and interactive elements came together in a reliable and coherent installation.
Voor Pixel Pioneers verzorgde ik het ontwerp, de technische productie en de volledige realisatie van de tentoonstelling bij Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen. De interactieve tentoonstelling onderzoekt digitale cultuur, technologie en de invloed daarvan op onze samenleving.
Ik vertaalde het tentoonstellingsconcept naar praktische technische oplossingen en verzorgde de productie en installatie. Van de ontwikkeling van het tentoonstellingsontwerp tot en met de uiteindelijke opbouw werkte ik aan een geheel waarin de technische, visuele en interactieve onderdelen samenkomen in een betrouwbare en goed werkende tentoonstelling.

Iris Van Herpen – Sculpting the Senses
For the retrospective exhibition of Iris van Herpen, I was commissioned to adapt the design of the touring exhibition for its presentation at Kunsthal Rotterdam. I worked on the technical realisation and adaptation of the exhibition design, translating the existing concept to the specific requirements of the Kunsthal.

Voor de retrospectieve tentoonstelling van Iris van Herpen kreeg ik de opdracht om het ontwerp van de reizende tentoonstelling aan te passen voor de presentatie in de Kunsthal Rotterdam. Ik hield mij bezig met de technische realisatie en aanpassing van het tentoonstellingsontwerp, waarbij het bestaande concept werd vertaald naar de specifieke omstandigheden van de Kunsthal.
Iris van Herpen is een internationaal gerenommeerde Nederlandse modeontwerper, bekend om haar innovatieve benadering van mode, technologie en design.

Missen als een ronde vorm
For the exhibition The Roundness of Loss, I was commissioned to develop and realise the technical production and execution of the exhibition. I worked closely with curator Hanne Hagenaars and designer Zoë Hollander, translating the exhibition concept into a practical and technically coherent installation.
The exhibition explores loss, remembrance and resilience through the work of more than thirty Dutch and international artists.
Voor de tentoonstelling Missen als een ronde vorm kreeg ik de opdracht om de technische productie en realisatie van de tentoonstelling te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren. Ik werkte nauw samen met curator Hanne Hagenaars en ontwerper Zoë Hollander en vertaalde het tentoonstellingsconcept naar een praktische en technisch samenhangende installatie.
De tentoonstelling onderzoekt verlies, herinnering en veerkracht aan de hand van het werk van meer dan dertig Nederlandse en internationale kunstenaars.
